Meetings 7:30 pm every Thursday. Rooms 10, 11 Renfrew Park Community Centre, 2929 East 22nd Avenue (Renfrew and 22nd), Vancouver, BC.

1st Thursday – Projected Images (Slide/Digital) Competition. Enter 2 images, any topic.

2nd Thursday – Print Competition – Enter 3 matted photographs, any size, no frames. This is an interactive evening. After coffee break, members are invited to discuss the taking/making of images.

3rd Thursday – Workshops (Sept through June). Members or guest speakers will teach a variety of photographic skills. Lectures, demonstrations etc – see LGCC Calendar for information

4th Thursday – Showcase – (Sept through June). Members volunteer slide or digital presentations, may include music and/or commentary, any topic or a travelogue, 5 – 40 minutes. Discuss with the Showcase Chair.

5th Thursday – Nature Competition (5 Competitions arranged per year, not in July/August). Enter 3 images (slides/digital). All things wild. Images must be very sharp. Don’t include signs of man such as buildings, cut logs, garden flowers, domesticated animals, fences, etc.
